This book is the culmination of 3 semesters of research on how design can make social change more effective. New York City has a a long history of being blunt and brusque. This unique character that does not necessarily include considerate behaviors towards others. In my research, I distilled several design guidelines to create environmental installation pieces that would encourage good samaritan behaviors.
